Not for emergencies
This website and my contact form are not monitored around the clock. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Information only, not therapy
The content on this site is general information about mental health and my services. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
No therapist-client relationship
Visiting this site, sending a message or calling me does not create a therapist-client relationship. That relationship begins only after we both agree to work together and you complete my intake and consent forms.
Who I serve
I provide virtual therapy only, to clients located in California at the time of each session, as required by my California license.
Communicating with me
Email, text messages and website forms are not fully secure. By contacting me this way, you accept that risk. Please keep messages to scheduling and general questions, and save personal details for our sessions or my secure client portal.

The text, logo, images and design on this site belong to Glowing Heart Therapy or are used with permission. You may share links to this site, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without my written permission.
